What exactly are OYC dividers?
OYC dividers are physical card dividers — made with care and shipped directly to you. Each divider is printed on premium card stock and designed to match the specific era or set it represents. They drop right into standard trading card storage boxes to keep your collection perfectly organized.
What material are the dividers made from?
Every divider is made on heavy-weight premium card stock — durable, clean, and built to last alongside your collection. They're stiff enough to stand upright in a storage box and hold their shape over time, even with regular use.
What size are the dividers? Will they fit my storage box?
Our dividers are sized to fit standard trading card storage boxes — the most common format for TCG collectors. They work with Ultra Pro, BCW, Monster, and most other major storage box brands. If you have an unusual box size, shoot us a message before ordering and we'll let you know if it's compatible.
How many dividers are included per era?
The number of dividers varies by era based on how many sets were released. Every product page lists the exact count and the full set list — look for the "What's included" section.
What's the difference between an era pack and the complete bundle?
An era pack covers one specific era of the TCG — for example, just the WOTC era or just the Scarlet & Violet era. The complete bundle includes every era in one shipment at a significant discount, plus 1 year of free update shipments. If you collect across multiple eras, the bundle is the best value.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are made and shipped within 1–2 business days. Domestic US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after that. International orders vary by destination but generally arrive within 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all US orders over $50. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How will my order be packaged?
Every order is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Dividers are sleeved, packed flat, and shipped in a rigid mailer so they won't bend or get damaged in transit. We take packaging seriously — your collection deserves to arrive looking great.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@organizeyourcards.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you. We stand behind every order 100%.
Updates & Replacement Plans
What does "1 Year Free Updates" mean?
Complete bundles include a free year of our Update & Replacement Plan. When new sets are released for the game you've purchased, we make new dividers for those sets and ship them to you automatically — at no extra charge for the first full year.
How do updates work for era packs?
You can add the Update & Replacement Plan to any order: $40/year or $4/month for Pokémon, $80/year or $8/month for Yu-Gi-Oh!. It covers new set dividers as they release plus free replacements for damaged or lost dividers.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Absolutely. Email us at hello@organizeyourcards.com anytime and we'll cancel with no questions asked. No fees, no hassle. You keep every divider you've already received.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition. To start a return, email hello@organizeyourcards.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a full refund.
What if I received the wrong item?
That's on us — we'll make it right immediately. Email hello@organizeyourcards.com with your order number and a description of what you received. We'll ship the correct item right away and arrange return of the incorrect one at our expense.
My tracking says delivered but I didn't receive anything?
First, check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if needed.
