How We Ship
Every OYC order is carefully packed, then shipped directly to you. We package all dividers flat in a rigid mailer so they arrive in perfect condition — no bending, no damage.
After you place your order, we typically fulfill and ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Rates
We offer free domestic shipping on all US orders over $50. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition.
To start a return, email hello@organizeyourcards.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions within one business day.
Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately — no return necessary.
Just email hello@organizeyourcards.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement within 1–2 business days at no charge.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but nothing has arrived, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early) and check with neighbors or your building office. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll investigate and replace as needed.
Update & Replacement Plan Shipments
Complete bundles include 1 year of free update shipments. When new sets are released for the game you purchased, we make new dividers and ship them directly to you at no charge for the first 12 months.
Plans are also available separately: $40/year or $4/month for Pokémon, $80/year or $8/month for Yu-Gi-Oh!. Cancel anytime by emailing us — no fees, no questions asked.
Update shipments go to the address on your original order. If you move, just let us know and we'll update your shipping address.
